Nothing but GREAT so far. It’s only been 3 weeks but every part of my experience has exceeded my expectations! Getting started was so easy, from the quiz, to my NP video visit to receiving my first shipment was 7 days! My appetite is down and side effects are minimal - so happy to feel like I’m back on track with my health goals, looking forward to seeing the results!!
Update on 0 starsThe company replied to my review and stated my case would be reviewed. They emailed me back stating they were still “unable to provide a refund” using their “terms of service” as justification. Let me just restate that absolutely ZERO services were received! Not even a consultation! I mistakenly signed up on their website thinking I was signing up for a different site and when the mistake was realized (within an hour of signing up) I immediately went and canceled, but they still charged me nearly $300! In my opinion they have stolen my money and are unwilling, not “unable”, to give it back!
Remedy Meds has a great program going. Sign up is a breeze. When I've had a question or needed any support they are there. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I did research before I chose them and I saw that some other companies are hard to actually get in contact with to get any help or advice. Not a problem with Remedy Meds. Just go to your portal on the website and set up a time that's convenient for you and you can talk to someone about whatever questions or issues they have. As I've delved further into middle age my weight has been harder to keep in check, worrying me about my overall health and affecting my appearance. Remedy Meds is helping me with this. Thank you Remedy Meds. You are doing a great job and a great service. Keep it up! Thank you again.
I have to say I was very nervous to start this GLP journey. I did call and spoke to a representative and she was completely knowledgeable about this company and reassured with all my questions. The NP appointment was great! They really care and give the best advice. I have been on this journey now for 5 weeks and have lost 10lbs. This also has helped me eat better and eating smaller portions. So far it’s been great! Thank you for the best customer service support as well! 🙏❤️
