I am absolutely impressed with the installation team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They put in a tremendous effort today, efficiently installing three pieces of furniture for me in record time. Even though it was quite late and they mentioned having more deliveries and installations to attend to, they maintained their professionalism and completed everything flawlessly. Their dedication and hard work truly shine through. I am extremely thankful for their commitment! I will certainly reach out to them for any future installations. Thank you very much!
The drivers are quite disappointing. I rely on them to deliver right to my door, especially since I live in an apartment where packages can easily be stolen. Despite informing the company multiple times to leave my packages at the front door, they continue to drop them off on the first floor.
If I could give them no stars, I absolutely would. My partner and I ordered a couch and received text notifications about the delivery, so we made sure to stay home. When my partner answered a call, the person on the line said nothing and abruptly hung up. We thought this might be the delivery driver, so he quickly got dressed and went outside to look for the truck, but there was no driver in sight. Shortly after, we received a text stating that the delivery attempt had failed. The reality is, there was no attempt at all. The website doesn't provide a phone number, only a chat system that feels automated. I'm incredibly frustrated with this service, and I know others are sharing similar experiences.
I am highly dissatisfied with the delivery service. A friend of mine, a single mother, ordered beds, mattresses, and a couch, scheduling the delivery for today, her moving day, so we could help set everything up. Unfortunately, the delivery did not occur. The driver texted claiming he was at the entrance of the building. She was down within 5 minutes, but no one was there. She sent texts and made several calls, but received no response. When she reached out to customer support, they stated the delivery was marked as a failed attempt, which is entirely untrue; we have time-stamped messages showing the driver didn't wait. The delivery was then rescheduled for three days later, forcing my friend to take another day off work for a delivery that should have taken place as promised. In the meantime, she and her child are left to sleep on the floor for three days due to the lack of essential furniture. This situation could have been easily avoided with better communication and accountability. It’s incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable service.
The package arrived in good condition. However, I encountered problems during two delivery attempts because the driver failed to use the building's buzz box/code as instructed in the original order and the updated details provided after the undeliverable notifications.
The delivery person handled a situation with my dog, who unexpectedly dashed out and approached him while barking. I appreciate his calm demeanor as he waited patiently and then delivered my package. Receiving this much-needed package was truly appreciated.

They reached out via message and call before arriving, and once they were here, they asked for my preferences on where to place everything and if they should remove their shoes. They handled all the furniture with great care and maintained a respectful demeanor throughout the entire process. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable experience.
