Same as other people are reporting and very annoyed with myself for not looking into it more before purchasing. I bought a jumper with a black cat on a half blue/half white background. It took a while to arrive and is very poor quality, doesn't match the picture. They offered up to 40% refund but if I want a full refund I have to send it to China at my own cost.
The returns info is on their website so my fault for not checking that, but the fact the item is poor quality compared to the images makes this one to avoid.

I was told the shipment was on its way ages ago. I bought what looked like a cosy knitted jumper with a cat on with a brown top half. The one that arrived is not knitted, it is a cheap, fleecyish thing and a strange red which looked like remnants have been used for the trimming round the neck. I was going to send it back but from comments on here looks like I'd be throwing good money after bad to get it back. Oh well, I needed a top to demote for decorating in!!
Do not buy off this company cheap Chinese crap that you could purchase off of other sites for under a tenner. Claim to be from London but shipping suggests otherwise - possibly Netherlands - starting the returns process but don’t hold out much hope
