The process of using the NX Rewards site is relatively hassle free. CS are very prompt to reply when there is a problem.
When I signed up I agreed to T and C s . However even after reaching the £250 limit, which will not happen very often, I continue to use the site for purchases.
If the retailers are still rewarding NX , why don’t you continue to reward us.
Instead of expecting customers to claim for monthly bonus it should automatically be generated when we make a purchase using nx rewards

It's great when it functions properly, and most of my purchases have tracked within 24 hours. However, I often need to submit receipts for cash back from certain stores. It's a bit of a hassle, but the support team has always handled it quickly, and I've received all the cash back I'm owed.
The service has been very helpful and has resolved my cashback issue with certain stores. I now forward both my final order receipt and the receipt after delivery, and they are being validated. The customer service is, as mentioned before, very prompt and effective.
