This company pulls listings from MLS services but then does not remove them when they are removed from the MLS. I just tell people they are being scammed when they contact me about properties which should have been removed months ago.
The best thing I ever did for our family was to engage Rent Marketplace to find renters for our property! Having Pam and Anne interact with all prosective tenants initially and have them schedule showings, made it very easy for me to show the property. At the next step, conducting back ground checks and then negotiating terms in a clear manner with the final candidates we chose was an incredibly smooth exerience for us and I remember telling Pam I'm so glad she was there to do all that work!!!
