We had one occasion where a review that violated Google's policies was removed but later reappeared, and Reputation-Guards refunded the payment and is continuing to work on removing that review. I have personally talked to people within this organization and I now have concluded that this organization is a serious organization with people who are fair and honest. I had a little communication issue during the process but that was resolved.
STAY AWAY, FRAUD, AND SCAM. I saw Reputation Guards advertisement on Instagram. I talked to a real human being first several times on phone. They gave a guaranteed contract to remove deflamatory material. Then at 30 days nothing was done. They stopped answering phone calls. They stopped answering emails.
