After years of using ResellerClub for domain reselling, we currently have no functioning 2FA on our account. It used to work, but stopped many months ago, leaving us effectively locked out, as SMS 2FA does not work for UK numbers. They blame their SMS provider and claim to be working on a resolution, but nothing ever changes. If account security isn’t important to them, perhaps it’s time to consider a new SMS provider.Despite raising this issue multiple times, it has not been resolved, and we have received no meaningful response. Account security is critical to us, particularly when managing thousands of domains. We even contacted our account manager, who has never introduced themselves, but received no reply to emails or our open support ticket.This lack of support and attention to security is unacceptable. We have therefore decided to move our domains to another registrar.
