I bought a lifetime license from them.
Curently they say i cant use it because they dont provide anymore the software for that license. they can provide me the software only if i buy updates.
That is mindblowing. lifetime but only for 12 months. then you only have a key code that use for nothing because you dont have the software if you changed PC or reinstalled windows.

Their customer support is the worst ever. I have an old license with them and, on a new PC, downloaded the newer version to see if it`s worth buying. The newer version has some bugs which I went to customer support to report. They told me that they cannot fix them because I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO USE ANOTHER VERSION APART FROM THE ONE I HAVE THE LICENSE, even though I clearly told them that I just wanted to try the new software. They not only not fixed my problem but threatened me that I had to pay before I could use THE TRIAL VERSION. Beware, once you buy from them, they tread you like trash.

It combines the utility of many modules for a fraction of their price.You can import.export products as easy as it gets, mass edit products (names, prices, quantities), even create PDF catalogues with a few clicks. You can manage all your stores in one windows with an ease. You can even use this software as a digital warehouse software.It is just too much for the money you pay!And the support is super fast and reliable.
Prestashop Manager does everything and more aiding and assisting the setup and running of our Prestashop websites. Simply email across your issue and more often than not a reply and answer are given the same day.I would not hesitate in recommending to everyone with a Prestashop website in the purchase of the Prestashop Manager software / package. It simply is first class, easy to use but above all the support received is amazing.
The service that I have received over the years to help me manage my PrestaShop has been consistently outstanding and reliable. No matter what the issue is, Customer Service and Technical Support have always resolved the problem quickly without fail. I always know that when I ask, I will get the help and support I need. The follow up is very good as they make sure they have addressed all the issues before the ticket is closed. It gives me the confidence to manage my store even though I am not technically inclined!
Dont Buy licencse ! scammers. I purshased a license as they should me a life time access to the store manager. Once you purchase they give limited downloads of EXE. Give support for 6 months After that they will stop an some access with the license and you again tried to contact them they will ask money for new software download. These guys are foolng people from long time and no one is loogin into this. I am going to log a complain against them to US govverment and also to india to block their website . so that they cant fool more people
I am very satisfied with the easy installation and workflow of the Prestashop Manager program. The workflow and product management time needed to do the same tasks went down to 30-40% of original time spent. Needless to say that sort of mass editing is only available in other modules or this Prestashop Manager app.Vendor communication is very friendly and I get quick responses everytime.RECOMMEND!
