I placed an order on this website but never received any shipping information, updates, or communication from the seller. They did not respond to my emails, and the customer service chat on the website also remained inactive. Many other customers who ordered from this store have contacted me to share similar experiences, so it is not just my own case. After taking a closer look, I noticed several red flags: the store claims to have been reselling for 7 years, yet there is no verified activity or reliable reviews anywhere. The website looks outdated and rarely updated. They recently added “customer support,” but it appears non-functional. I also noticed that the accounts that requested unboxing left comments just an hour ago, while the older accounts were ignored. These two new accounts, however, were not ignored and posted “order packing” videos (in tiktok). This makes the activity look staged rather than real.I was also shown the owner’s Instagram, where they post photos and videos, spending the money received from customers on clothes for themselves, while ignoring and misleading people who ordered products. Based on my experience and reports from other customers, the website does not seem trustworthy, and I would advise others to be cautious. Also they’re not based in the UK as claimed,but in France.
Wow. Just wow. These professional scammers have fooled 1000+ of us I have tried to spam him/she but I got blocked both times and people who think their money are lost just contact your bank and tell them they will help you get your money back don’t worry, I also did a little investigation and found out they are actually French people. If you have bought just contact your bank and they’ll sort it out
