They have written another e mail not agreeing to the cancelation of the fake subscription, but telling me I could only postpone the next delivery for a month. Of course I have alerted my paypal and my cc company. The link they sent for changing the subscription on the website is not functional and only allows you to order more. I am curious to see what happens next. Maybe time to go to the police or get a lawyer, but honestly, what a hassle.
I had to go through my cc agency to dispute and get my money back bc Resilia would not send me a return label. In their numerous automated messages they said i could return for a refund but then after a series of questions, they totally ghosted me. They also signed me up for a subscription that i never asked for. I had chosen their “buy 1 only” option. Since researching, ive found that they are complete scammers. The product doesnt smell like oregano oil. Ive gotten my money back for the one i ordered from them and the freudulant 2nd order now. Ive since bought some oregano/ black seen oil from Micro Ingredients and it arrived w/i a few days. Im happy w/ it!
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. I agreed to keep a product after being offered a 50% refund — instead of issuing the refund as promised, they charged me £27.25 and sent me another item I never ordered.This is not just poor service — it’s misleading and feels like a scam. I’ve reached out multiple times for clarification and resolution, but the communication has been slow and unhelpful.This is not how any reputable business should operate. I feel completely let down and will be taking the matter further. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs.
DO NOT BUY! I waited over a month for the delivery forgot about the purchase. ITS NOT HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION THEY SET UP THE SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. THEY THEN SAID THEY WILL CANCEL AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS. they keep trying to tell you you set up the subscription when you did not. This morning again they took another payment then after 3am I got an emailSaying I just created a subscription IT HAD TO BE IN MY SLEEPI DID THIS. THEY ARE SCAMMERS NO DOUBT. DONT TAKE THEIR PRODUCT. THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY.
This is all fake, no oregano oil and it’s a scam! Just cheap oil inside for sure no Oregano and Blackseed oil. They charge me every month 65 euro from my bankaccount which I never asked for or gave permission for! This goes on already for months now like this! Now I have to see how to stop this! It’s all fake product and you will be scammed! I only see these negative reviews now. Wish I have seen them before! It’s a shame! Don’t buy from them!
This is a scam company with the product containing none of the ingredients advertised. The company spoofs at being US based when the product is originating from China. I sent six cancellation emails requsting termination only to receive resposes offering other purchase options. So much for easy cancellation they've advertised. I finally contacted my cc company and placed a vendor hold to prevent them from continuously charging my account. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
