I wish I would have read the reviews for this company. Very discussing behavior automatically signed me up for a subscription I tried for three months to cancel the subscription to no avail had to cancel my credit card for them to stop the reoccurring payments. Would never order from this place again.
My buddy recommended these after his knee inflammation improved, so I gave them a shot too. Within days, I noticed less stiffness when I got out of bed. They don’t leave behind any greasy aftertaste like liquid oils do. Shipping took about eight days, but I appreciated the regular status emails.
This is garbage that drop ships directly from China. Once I viewed the shipping label I contacted the company and said I want a refund after reading a lot of negative reviews. Customer service team email me back and forth for weeks before they agreed to give me a 75% refund and keep the product which I threw in the trash. It has been a month and a half they still have not issued a refund they have spammed my email with a bunch of advertisements from their company for products I have no interest in and they started doing it only after I requested the refund. Their customer service represented to Vlad to me telling me that the way the shipping labels are generated they sometimes show overseas addresses but that they are shipped from the United States that is an outright lie they don't even ship to their facility and package and ship from there it comes directly from China. I went back and forth through email with these people numerous times I've read many reviews they are setting people up for automatic order and just taking their money and then are giving no one refunds this company is a scam they're trying to sell sick people s*** that doesn't work and then they will not give you your money back and likely will try to steal more
Never order anything from this company they will never stop taking money out of your account. I sent 12 emails asking them to cancel my subscription and they still took money from my account. The product made me very sleepy and I can't take it. They do not accept returns. Very bad customer service.
