Disabling voicemail is a nightmare.

Disabling voicemail seems impossible. I've attempted every method — codes, settings, instructions — yet it continues to reappear. The constant notifications every 15 minutes are incredibly frustrating. Why is this feature activated without consent? It feels like the service encourages voicemail use for profit. This is completely unacceptable. Please resolve this issue immediately, or I will consider switching to another provider and share my experience.

Quick SIM delivery and fantastic connectivity in Japan!

I ordered a physical SIM for my trip to Japan, as my phone doesn't support eSIM. I wanted it shipped to have it before landing in Japan. It arrived in about a week, and I even set up the provided APN beforehand. Moments after inserting the SIM at the airport, I had immediate connectivity, which was surprising and reassuring! Exchange program in Japan made easy.

I went on an exchange to Japan alone. It was my first time in Asia, and I was really worried about using my phone since I didn’t speak Japanese. Getting a SIM card seemed daunting. However, this service alleviated all my concerns. The process was straightforward and stress-free. I purchased my SIM card online, received an eSIM with data, and chose an activation date for when I landed in Japan. From the moment I arrived, I had internet access. I later ordered a second eSIM for calls and data. The process was easy, I selected my plan, paid, and chose a pick-up location at a station. I simply went there, picked it up, and it was ready to use immediately. I've been using their SIM cards for two months without any signal or data issues. I've shared my experience with other exchange students, and they’ve reported similar satisfaction.

Almost perfect

Everything went smoothly except for a couple of things: the setup is entirely self-service. The instructions are clear, but having some human assistance at the collection point would enhance the experience. My first connection attempt was in a rural area with weak signal and I couldn’t connect, but it worked perfectly once I moved to a town. A warning from the service would have been helpful. I would definitely use this service again.

Great 4G LTE service but some activation issues!

Fantastic 4G LTE connectivity during my 14-day trip in Japan. I wish 5G was available, but I loved the generous 50GB data plan for 16 days. I did encounter some issues activating my eSIMs on the first day, which made me worried about wasting my money. One eSIM had incorrect APN settings, so I had to find a local SIM retailer at the airport for help. I also didn't receive the activation email for the second eSIM until 12+ hours after arriving in Japan, despite requesting it before leaving. I ended up reaching out to customer support for the activation email using the airport's Wi-Fi.

Having used this service before, I was not disappointed this time either.
