We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a fraudulent company prior to this. We found retro gaming of Denver and decided we would give them a shot when ordering the NES system. The gentleman that we dealt with was very easygoing and incredible to work with. We told him the whole story and he made sure that the system got to us as quick as possible and also gave us a free wireless controller. I've been playing it for a few hours now and it works perfect.
