Hello. I'm trying to explain. I opened an account at Vox Casino. When we were doing the email verification procedure, it was very difficult for me and it was not being verified. Vox Casino customer service advised me to set up another email and so I did. The verification was done, with the email . ......... and this is my account that was verified with all my data after a lot of effort. But at the same time another account was opened with the email that was not verified, i.e. .............
when I realized it, I contacted customer service again, who told me that I would not have any problem, just to make a request that this account was mistakenly by the technicians and to ask for it to be closed and they sent me the relevant instructions on how to proceed. At the same time, after many deposits, my profit came and I made the withdrawal of 3000 euros in the verified account and 100% legal and within the rules. I had sent many emails to close the account that they opened, not only did they not close it but they did not even reply to me and the only time they replied they told me that they would close it and again they deceived me. I made my withdrawal on 3.02.2026 and when they were late I started writing constantly to give me an answer: -Why did they not pay my withdrawal. The only thing they told me was - Wait, wait, wait, they are reviewing it and after three weeks when I insisted for a clear answer, they blocked my account with 3000 euros, legally verified by them, and told me that I had violated the regulations and I have another account which I have requested at least 30 times by sending emails for them to close according to the rules, then I understood why they did not respond and did not close it and why they opened it themselves, I have never verified that account and I never will. These scams are a very low way to steal from people who have trusted you. I will never stop demanding my right until you pay me my withdrawal!!!!

Even though I made 1 withrawal, they split my money, gave me a part of it after 5 days and the other part after 7 days. After a whipe I made deposit again...won again and guess what ...''account blocked'' becouse i have a previous account( the one I asked about 100 times if it's all sorted out, i am choosimg to stay with the actual account and they said its all good, EACH TIME! I talk to support, tell them this was fixed the first day, explain ...NOTHING! Send e-mails...NOTHING! So yes, I was dumb enough to deposit more times but it was cause i liked some games I couldnt find elsewhere... It is the only casino that scammed me right in the face! 100% SCAM! 100% FRAUD! 100% THEFT! After talking to some casino promoting sites they mentioned that VoxCasino does this pretty often! So, dont be as dumb as I was! I see more went through what I went through...I say don't just write a review! Go ahead and make legal complain becouse they can't just scam people like that! VERY disappointing experience! And no, I still didn't get my money 7 days later, account still blocked, no answer to my e-mail!
