Questionable business practices

Avoid purchasing from this company. They replicate other products, but their versions don’t work, and when you try to return, they offer refunds that are less than what you paid. Initially, they offered 15%, then 20%, and so on, up to 30%. I refuse to accept any of their offers. They are wasting my time with their negotiations. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company; there are numerous complaints against them.
