The product has false advertising, not delivering as shown. Terrible quality, which I later found the exact same product on Temu for a cheap price = made in China and does not do what it shows.
Terrible customer service, no return policy, no cancellation of the order even if it has not been dispatched yet.
All resulting in 100% scam.

I ordered more than 5 months ago and haven’t received it. Even after contacting customer support they said they will check but never came back to me.
Despite the email reminders I have sent they are not responding.
Beware big scammers don’t waste your money.
It arrived after 6 weeks but it is a piece of shit and broken. Right now i’m in 53 email long discussion with the support for another 9 weeks. Got left on delivered for 3 times since they agreed to refund half of the money. Trying to scare them with a class action. Will see if it works
If I could give zero stars, I would. This seller is a scammer of the highest order. They don't even ship the items, and when you follow up over several months, they keep saying they will look into it without any real follow-up. Eventually, when pressed, they claim the customs fees weren't paid and that the items were returned. They fabricate an imaginary policy blaming you for the customs issue and then stop responding. When you request proof of any communication regarding customs clearance, they come up with another excuse. They don't even provide any shipping documents. I've purchased the same items from three different suppliers in another region without any problems, and the shipping agents contacted me for customs clearance without issues. It's disappointing that my experience with this so-called European company turned out to be a scam.
The product feels like low-quality plastic and is overpriced; it fails to charge properly, and the charger is subpar. Everything about it seems cheap, and I can't return it even though it's only a week old. The performance is lacking, and for the price, it offers nothing but problems. It simply doesn't deliver results, as the charger is faulty and the product itself is ineffective.

Months after purchasing, the item still hasn't been delivered even though the tracking link says delivered to somewhere in North Africa!
Back & forth on email for 2 months being given one BS excuse after another - they even gave me 2 different delivery companies to contact! These guys are liars & grifter. STAY AWAY!
