Superb service from RHDJapan.The price of the item itself, shipping and duties were cheaper than any other online store I could find. Shipping from Japan to South Africa was as advertised, 1-5 days with DHL Express. Parcel arrived in perfect condition with a thank you note from RHDJapan. Will be ordering again.

RHDJAPAN has the cheapest prices and best customer support hands down. I've placed more than 15 orders through them over the years. Shipping consolidation helps a lot if you are overseas also. They've helped me source parts that were not listed on the website and did it quickly. I've never had that type of customer service from any other company in 20yrs of building cars. I dont normally write reviews, good or bad, but this company is truly amazing. Search options are super easy to use compared to other export companies.The payment options are also a huge bonus. Paying through Wize or wire transfer saves a lot on fees and better exchange rates. I always tell my friends to at least give them a try and compare prices. Now we all save a lot compared to buying Japan made parts through American distributors and their crazy mark ups prices. Even with shipping from Japan it will still be cheaper than any American distributor. Give them a try, you will be glad you did!

Their customer service is responsive, shipping is fast and well-packaged, and they offer access to rare parts you can’t easily find elsewhere. They are literally the only place in the world that will ship HKS Super Oil to me at a reasonable price, and that's including distributors that are local to me.I've had two issues when placing orders, but Tamaki solved them immediately with little to no inconvenience whatsoever.
