The gentleman we dealt with when buying our vehicle was extremely helpful,ours was a unique case with my partner being the other end of the country at the time we bought the car, they were very accomodating. When I picked the car up, being a newer driver I was a little nervous and unsure on the process, they explained everything and even helped me get the tax and insurance set up so I could get going. Great service, they really care about and look after their customers.

This is following my last review, I felt it was very important to do this for the sake of other people buying a car from these crooks. And the response or rather lack of response was completely unacceptable. And just to be clear the issues I have had with the vehicle are down to human error directly from the poor work done on the vehicle at horsepower, the car although old would of been amazing had these guys done there job correctly. I have no option but to sell the car (which I haven't paid for yet, I had to get a loan to get it.)So after taking the car to the garage on Wednesday night the diagnostic was this.....Where the gearbox bellhousing bolts were left loose (by horsepower), the starter motor hadn't meshed with the flywheel properly it had rounded the teeth of the starter and began burr the edges of the flywheel teeth, that's why the starting was so intermittent, had this completely gone the car would have had to be scraped. This cost a further £300 to repair.I sent this all over to horsepower and received no response because they already know iv lost my consumer rights. I have complex PTSD, Autism and ADHD, which made it harder to accept this injustice, and I told horsepower I was currently in a mentally health crisis and not to respond to my review with the nonsense iv read from their other negative reviews (they didn't even respect this and left a patronising response, with a smiley face which infuriated me if I'm honest), it's absolutely exasperated my current mental health issues and completely triggered me. And worse for me they couldn't even pick up the phone and just talk to me. Heartbroken, exhausted and lost all faith in the human race. Be very careful with these guys.
Looking for a car and come across horsepower motors very glad I did . Very good choice of cars and Danny who I dealt with was extremely helpfull with my purchase I chose he sorted things out for me and was very professional at what he does with great customer service . Even let me sit at his desk so I could do my car insurance . Well worth a visit .
