Avoid buying anything from this company. It is not UK company.. its China! I odered a flannel fleece lined check jacket.. what I got was a shiny nylon cheap material and blue quilt inside. Wrong item. Also very bad quality. Stitching is horrendous. Falling apart... they will not refund. Even though it says they do refunds.. Im £45 lost, will try and dispute with my bank and Trading Standards.
Ricardo Ricci continue to advertise their terrible clothing. Advertise with false pictures which do not show the quality of their cheap merchandise. They send out 64" for a 40" chest. Very very poor shiny nylon. "DO NOT BUY" Offer returns but give no return address unless you continue to badger them and it's in China but they operate out of London with delivery depot! You will not get your money back!
Absolutely worst experience ever I have ordered more than a month ago and still didn't receive my order and the tracking number is showing that the order is in pending. I asked for the order to be cancelled and they said is on the way but the tracking number is still showing pending. I escalated this with my bank and made a claim hopefully I will get my money back.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have just recieved two items i brought from this company costing £72 thinking they were a London based company but actually they have come from China.The material is of poor quality and very poorly made. So please don't buy from these as they won't refund you
I wish I’d read the reviews before I’d purchased from this company. As another customer has stated changed shipping details. I ordered on 3 Dec first email I got stated it was shipped within days after I contacted them after over 2 weeks of not receiving as they state 7-14 days for uk never did they say it’s coming from china! Emails always start we can understand your curiosity - whatever you’ve taken my money and not delivered apparently was re-shipped 19 Dec and still sitting in china! So no way was it going to reach by Xmas. I’ve asked for my money back so ,ets see if that happens
Run from them. If there was a zero star, I would definitely give them that. I had a horrible experience with Ricardo Ricci and would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with them. I placed an order and paid for it upfront, yet they failed to send the order as promised. Not only did they not deliver on time, but they also tampered with the shipping process—changing the processing date on the shipping company’s system two weeks after the original order was placed.As the others say, they only send you an email thanking for understanding. This is not just unprofessional but also highly deceptive. Collecting money without fulfilling orders and altering processing dates is completely unacceptable and feels like an attempt to cover up their mistakes.The lack of communication and accountability throughout this ordeal made the situation even worse. I trusted them with my purchase, and they completely let me down. Avoid Ricardo Ricci at all costs unless you want to deal with unnecessary stress and dishonesty.Lastly, I hope you don’t dare say you can’t find my name! Scammers!
Don't buy from them! They are Chinese who sell Chinese stuff, they gave themselves an Italian name to deceive people, but it's all made in China! I ordered clothes for my son on December 8, 2024 and after 3 weeks nothing has arrived yet! The only thing they reply, after my reminders, are copy/paste emails which they evidently send to all the customers who complain. Never buy from them, only buy the real made in Italy that you can see and check in a real shop!
