Their ads are fake using false performance info. Before anything arrived, their return/refund policy excluded sale items. 100% of items on their website are for sale and therefore excluded. After confirming I could return via email before their arrival they now confirm I can’t return any item even though 100% of the items clearly dont fit or are of poor quality. First time I’ve ever written a review, company is a joke and fraud, avoid
Qualities terrible, all the sizes are sized 2 sizes smaller. Even if I wanted to wear it, I couldn’t. They say they are based in UK, but everything is from China. Not to mention on their website they say they are 4.5 stars on trust pilot. When that is clearly not the case.
I bought the francesco white button down shirt, took a month to arrive, it is not the same as the picture on the website. Completely different trash fabric, came with grey thick lines instead of the thin black lines that were showed in the picture, and just a completely different shirt. They won’t even let me return it what a scam!
Scammy website with low quality products that are completely different than in the pictures and ads. They also falsely advertise they are featured in Vogue and GQ magazine. They claim to offer 30-day refunds but in practice, their items are always on sale, and on sale items are non-refundable. Just a scammy dropshipping business. Avoid at all costs.
It is from china like other people said BUT…Quality was amazing I was highly worried based on comments I read after I bought it because I hadn’t heard much about them and the reviews scared me but this was just as the picture and it came within 3weeks
I wish I had read more reviews before ordering from Riccardo Ricci because my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.I purchased clothing that was advertised as “high quality,” but what arrived was shockingly poor in material, fit, and overall construction nowhere near what was shown online. The garment is unwearable, and the fact that they charge premium prices (even with a “sale” discount) is outright misleading.When I contacted customer service about a return, they refused to accept it, hiding behind a “no returns on sale items” policy. Instead, they kept increasing their insulting refund offers from 10% to 20% to 30%, rather than taking back their defective product. To make matters worse, the only way to get a full refund was to pay for international shipping to China which, given the cost, makes returning the item completely unfeasible.This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and it’s clear they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. A reputable company would stand by their products and allow returns for items that do not meet basic quality standards. Instead, they stall, offer minimal refunds, and refuse accountability.I strongly advise against ordering from this company. If you do, be prepared to be stuck with cheap, unwearable clothing and no way to get your money back.
