Review Time
As a former AutoCAD user, I really liked how there was no learning curve in transitioning to ProgeCAD. The keystrokes, layout and commands were all familiar. I am pleased with the performance of the software. I took off one star because I had to email sales to get the unlock code 5 working days after my payment was processed. The delay seemed totally unnecessary and rather odd.
I have been an architect designing custom homes for 30 years and have used Autocad most of the time. I started with release 13 back in the 90's so I am very familiar with the platform. Progecad is pretty much the same although with glitches here and there...... not quite as refined IMHO.I still use Progecad over Autocad because of the perpetual licensing. I would like to see Progecad refine the platform a little better.
