They lost one of two tires that were supposed to be delivered. After arguing with someone from their "customer support" who was still using google translate even though I was always responding in English, they were unable to find the tire that failed to be delivered. Then began the refund process. I ordered another tire in the mean time, and amazingly they actually managed to deliver it. Then they rejected my refund for the tire that they lost. Never try to buy tires from these people, you will have nothing but a headache and probably be short on some money because they have zero accountability.
