I received tyres that were manufactured this year, just a couple of months ago, which is great because it means they are fresh and haven’t been sitting in storage for a long time. Delivery was very fast, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Everything arrived in excellent condition. Each tyre was individually wrapped in plastic film, which helped protect them during transit. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product. Would definitely consider ordering from here again.
The delivery was a few days later than originally promised, but that was not a major issue for me. The tires arrived quite dusty and looked like they had been rolled on the ground, which gave the impression that they were used. They do appear to be new, but the presentation did not leave a good impression. I will reconsider whether to order from this company again.
It’s been two weeks, and I still haven’t received an invoice with the company details. I really don’t understand how it’s possible to take payment without providing the proper document on time. A link comes with no company information — you pay through Apple Pay without even knowing what exactly you’re paying for. And then you have to spend your time and nerves just to get a simple invoice.
In e shop was showing tires are in latvia. Tires sended out from poland krakow and arrives 2 different day first 2 tires and then next day arrived 2 last tires. I was expecting they come all together. No warning about that and i needed to change strongly dayplan, what maded unneeded stress.
They unlawfully collect VAT for cross-border invoices (export orders) and do not refund it. They fail to provide correct invoices after payment and do not issue refunds for canceled orders. Their support is poor, as customers can only interact with a robot. I highly do not recommend doing any business with them.
