It’s hard to find an auto repair shop you can really trust, but these guys were upfront, honest, and professional from start to finish.They took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs. The work was done quickly, the price was fair, and my car runs perfectly now. You can tell they care about doing the job right and keeping customers happy.I really appreciate their honesty and the quality of their work — I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need service again. My car stop right as the wrench light came on on the dash. Found out it was my harmonic balancer. My harmonic balancer was replaced and my vehicle ran as it was suppose to, but unfortunately, 7 days later my transmission went out.
My Ford Ranger was in need of a transmission. After checking other places of business I decided on Cottmans. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. In the future if I need service for any of my vehicles I will return.
I can't say enough good things about Cottmans! They were very attentive to my concerns and kept in constant contact letting us know what was going on with my Jeep. Their cost was very reasonable and I wouldn't take my Jeep to anyone else after experiencing their customer service!
These guys are all down to earth and they will work with you on what you want to do. Their prices are fair and they did a good job for me. I was even permitted to obtain my own parts that I purchased online and they installed them. Of course, the work is without any guarantees. This does not bother me as I would be in the same place if I were do the work myself which I normally do when the weather is good enough. I will be coming back if necessary!
