This is a complete SCAM site. Ordered a product the beginning of January. They emailed that they received my order and I haven't heard another word. I sent two emails but no reply.
I did not receive my Christmas order placed in September. The tracking updates were clearly misleading. I haven't received any response to my emails requesting a phone number to speak with someone. This has been the worst experience I've had with a company. Proceed with caution!
I had the same terrible experience as the previous reviewer. The trees appeared beautiful in the listing, but what I got were cheap plastic trees all the same size, and YELLOW. I wouldn't even consider donating them. Returning them is a hassle, with high shipping costs and a meager $12 compensation offered. It feels like a total scam!
I ordered 5 gold glass Christmas trees after seeing an ad online. This is an absolute scam! I ordered illuminated mercury glass trees but received cheap plastic versions instead. I was charged over $60 instead of the advertised $35. I canceled my card thinking it was a scam, but the charge still went through. Now I'm stuck with these poor-quality items and trying to return them.
I ordered a set of 5 'mercury glass' trees that were advertised as large and illuminated for around $50. After over a month of waiting, I received 5 small plastic trees in a box with minimal packaging. This was not what I expected at all.
I ordered two dresses totaling $52 but was charged $65. They didn't fit, and when I tried to return them, they offered just $4! I can't return them as they refused my request. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. This has been a horrible experience, and I have all the emails to prove it. Spread the word to avoid losing money!
Do not purchase from this company! Read the reviews; they are the worst! I was overcharged $20 and never received a refund. Additionally, I was charged $60 for an item that costs $25 on their own website. Once you pay, you're stuck. This is clearly a scam operation.
