Excessive Costs with Hidden Fees

The total cost ends up being nearly the same as buying new when you factor in all the hidden fees and delivery charges. The clothes appear wrinkled and it's difficult to assess their condition! I’d prefer to donate to charity and shop at charitable stores instead!

Prices are nearly as high as new items once all hidden fees and delivery charges are considered. The clothes look wrinkled and it's difficult to determine their condition! I'd prefer to donate to charity and shop at charitable stores instead.

Not truthful, still waiting for my refund...

The service is not truthful; I'm still waiting for my refund. They froze my account, claiming it's under review. It's been two weeks with no communication, and they don't respond to my messages. I'm really at a loss about what to do now.

Customer support is non-existent

Customer support is completely lacking. Even if you receive the wrong item, they do nothing and just tell you to relist it on the platform (so they can earn commission again). The so-called 'buyer protection fee' is really just a commission for using the app. They provide no real support.

Extremely Disappointed – Unfair and Biased Platform

I am very disappointed with how the platform operates. It clearly favors buyers while leaving sellers without support. My experience has been infuriating. A buyer was refunded without any communication to me as the seller. No explanations or opportunities to present my side. I’m left without the item and without my funds. It's disheartening to see a platform that claims to support small sellers show no accountability. If sellers are not protected or acknowledged, what is the point? This is not how trust is built; it's how reputations are ruined. Potential sellers, be cautious. You might lose both your items and your money.

Buyers Beware — The platform favors sellers, not your rights

I purchased two pairs of jeans labeled as men's, but both were women's styles. One seller outright refused a return, while the other claimed she had spent the money. Support gave me the runaround for weeks, blaming me for clicking 'Item Received' and ignoring my immediate complaint. I repeatedly asked to escalate the issue to management, but it never happened. After pressure, they issued a refund for one item to my wallet, but the second refund was denied without logical reasoning. Their terms favor sellers and place all the risk on buyers. Their support hides behind policies and takes no responsibility. This issue is now with the Consumer Protection Commission. Avoid this platform if you care about your rights.

Don't waste your time

What seemed like a promising platform has turned into a major letdown. The service is filled with counterfeit items, and reporting them is futile; nothing gets removed. I suspect some sellers may even be connected to customer service. Speaking of which, my experience with support was unprofessional and rude. My account was suspended due to an email they claimed to have sent, which I never received. I lost all my photos and information, and there were significant funds on my account that I will be fighting to retrieve. Additionally, I've noticed that positive comments come from individuals who work there, raising doubts about the authenticity of other reviews.

When Value Turns Sour

Like other reviewers, I found the platform initially good, but the buyer protection fees and 5% charge on the item price significantly raise costs, making some second-hand items pricier than new ones. It's often more expensive than vintage shops that have overhead costs. This approach is short-sighted and greedy. Hopefully, someone will create a similar platform with a better model.
