I had a positive experience with this service previously, but I placed an order on 17th November for £56 and have received no updates or responses to my email. The website mentions a potential 2-week delay due to a warehouse change and Black Friday, but it's unacceptable to not provide any updates regarding my order.
Disappointing customer service. It's been over three weeks with no delivery. I've sent multiple emails without any reply. I tried calling, but they don't pick up. I requested a refund of nearly £60 to make a local purchase, yet there's been no response from the company! Please respond or just process my refund. Thank you.
I placed an order for £52 on 17th November. The confirmation email indicated a 2-week delay due to the warehouse transition and a promotion. Since then, I've had no updates on dispatch. Despite reaching out to customer support via email twice, I have yet to receive a response, which is quite disappointing. If I don't get confirmation this week, I will contact my bank to reverse the payment.
Noticing that others have had poor experiences lately, I wanted to share mine. I placed a sizable order on 9th November and received a notification about potential delays due to the warehouse move. I did not receive any further communication. After emailing last week with no reply, I nearly canceled my order, but finally got an email saying it was dispatched from another location, which caused a longer wait. It arrived on 4th December. While it eventually came, I’m unsure if I’d use this service again soon, as I had to buy additional items in the meantime. They need to improve customer relations to regain trust.
I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for an order totaling £58. The customer service number directs me to email, but they haven't responded to any of my messages. I feel frustrated that a company promoting sustainability can treat its customers this way. They should be embarrassed!
