I ordered an electric car for my son on Boxing Day and was told it would arrive the beginning of January. It is now February and I still have not received my item. Impossible to get ahold of anyone and when I finally did, I was told another car was sent and would arrive within a few days. That never happened, and then was told from another employee a car was just dropped off at delivery service when I had previously been told another one had already been sent. I have been given the total run around and still have not received my item. While I really want to support Canadian companies, this was a total disaster and will never order from this company again.

I’m completely devastated, I missed these reviews, I looked into purchasing the four wheeler for my son for Christmas. I spent countless hours going over different companies. Were kids on wheels took the time to answer all my questions. Were there every single time I messaged after I purchased and sent them the money. I had zero communication on delivery. I had to constantly reach out finally it was delivered a few days before Christmas item came in wrong color and after numerous attempts with the phone calls emails and each chats and zero people reached back out we then decided we would have to keep that item to put it together and it’s defective. I’ve spent countless weeks sending emails phone calls and each chat with zero replies I spent $2000 on a Christmas present for my son and now I’m dealing with this. I wish I would’ve seen this platform before I would also like to start a class action lawsuit we are literally devastated.
Purchased a dirt bike and electric 4 wheeler on sept 8th of 2025. The dirt bike showed up as promised. Here it is dec 15th and the 4 wheeler is no where to be found. Me and my wife have been contacting this company sense oct with no results. They are always to busy to help or send a generic email saying they will look into the matter and we never hear from them again with a resolution. Have now had to file a fraud case with my credit card company to try and get my money back. Absolutly ruined our christmas plans for are children. Scam company they take your money and run. Buyer beware.
Ordered a bike Nov.27th suppose to be shipped and received by Dec.5th. Still have yet to receive unit. Contacted the store through emails, phone calls & even contacted the shipping company. The store themselves sent a email saying they’ll look into it Dec.8th & haven’t heard back from them since. Extremely difficult to get a refund because apparently they don’t return phone calls or emails & are more than happy to steal your money. Do NOT trust this company. You will spend your money & wont see the product. Extremely disappointed.
Edit: I will be filing a consumer complaint with the competition bureau of Canada - Buyer beware. I encourage others to do the same.The company responded with a third tracking number which has one part of the full order and has shown shipping progress. Still no clear understanding of the second portion of the order after 10+ communications and also no explanation/justification of the experience. I apparently will get an update after the weekend on the second portion of my order. We will see what happens.In response to my inquiries they issued an $80 refund from a different company name ‘Tera Power Sports’ - appears to be an associated company (on a 900 dollar purchase), and refused when I requested 25% due to their blatant disregard with false/misleading advertising they’ve refused to address properly based on numerous public reviews with the same issues.Original: As with many other clients, customer service and shipping commitments are abysmal. I wish I had looked at these reviews first.I ordered a ride on Oct 19th - was told it would arrive between 7-14 days. I received notification from Kids on Wheelz on Oct 23rd that a shipping number had been issued through Canpar which was in line with the 14 day timeline. On October 31st I received an email from Canpar stating a label had just been made for the shipment.I sent an email same day to the company requesting a new expectation of arrival and clarification on what happened. This was for my sons birthday and the delay would impact celebration plans. November 3rd I sent a second request for a response.Nov 4th they responded saying there was an error on their end, the item would be delivered on the weekend and that they had requested a new tracking number.Nov 5th I still had received nothing. I emailed again and stated I was concerned on their commitment on receiving over the weekend since it was Wednesday already. I asked when I could expect the shipping.Nov 6th I receive an email with a new tracking number, that again, the status is only the label has been created. I email requesting an update on what my expectation of delivery will be considering it would be near impossible to receive the product in the new timeline commitment they gave.Nov 7th (today) I requested a response and asked why they would have committed to a shipment timeline that wasn't feasible.Nov 7th @ 8:52 PM I receive a separate email that states the following"Please note this shipment is coming from our USA Warehouse.The tracking is provided when it passes the US border through BC that is when it will activate."To say the least, I have no item or hope of seeing it at this point. Will update with any resolution, or action that is taken if the company does not step up to rectify the situation.
