Sent through a question months ago through chat, and never got a replySent another today saying: Roame seems very buggy; I've been using it for months and it takes multiple tries to get the input to remain -- for example, I enter "Miami" as "from" and it changes it to "New York". I enter a destination and it searches for an entirely different one that I'd tried searching days earlier. I'd love to learn if there's a way to set a "Default" for the home airport and for "Business" as service class?
SCAM!!!This app feels like a scam. They promised to send a notification before the 7-day trial ended, but I never received anything. Instead, I was charged for a full year for an app that turned out to be completely useless and didn’t help with anything.

Unfortunately, after doing a trial run of this service on their app and website, I’ve found many glitches and things that just don’t work. I emailed them for help and never received a response even after multiple emails. For an app with so much visibility, the lack of response was shocking.
