Excellent customer service. Twice I've had to reach out to customer service - once for a missing part, once because I broke one. Both times I got very quick responses, and they immediately helped with replacements. I seriously couldn't ask for more.

Assembly Issues and Insufficient Supplies

The instructions for assembling the light were quite inadequate. The wiring was extremely delicate and incorrectly oriented, and the accompanying images were unclear. As a result, my completed study lacks lighting. Additionally, the guidance for the chair upholstery was not straightforward. There also wasn't enough paint provided for two coats, despite that being recommended. I have successfully completed two other rooms from this brand, which were excellent, but this experience has been disappointing.

Fantastic experience! Excellent support and fast delivery!

Fantastic experience! Excellent support, and my package arrived quickly and in perfect condition! I was a bit puzzled because my recent order arrived in a box that seemed like a dog toy container (my items were on the smaller side) haha, but that was just a funny moment. Everything was still very well packaged. I'm a big fan of this service and always feel like a satisfied customer!

Three weeks later and still no package

I placed an order three weeks ago and my package has yet to arrive. I've tried contacting the chat support but with no success, and I haven't received any email replies either. The tracking number indicates it was handed off to a local carrier on the 15th, but I haven't received any updates from them.

Great company Great Customer Service Great Products

My wife brought me a Cuckoo clock from Amazon for my birthday last July and I was thrilled as I have always wanted a cuckoo clock which she knew from our visit to lake Titisee in Germany visiting Family. So just like a kid with his first Airfix, so I followed the instructions and assembled the clock which gave me immense satisfaction at the completion.Well, the clocks went back here in the UK last Sunday so I had to adjust the time by an hour not just our cuckoo clock but all clocks, I noticed the cuckoo failed to appear on the struck of the hour, but it made the noise, I though that's not right so I carefully disassembled the top section that housed the cuckoo mechanism and investigated further to find out the motor that actuated the movement seemed to be faulty.So, I got online that Sunday afternoon and sent a message to Robotime customer service explaining my situation. The following morning checking my emails Robotime had replied with precise details on what the issue may be, so of I went following their recommendations and bingo they were right and sorted out my cuckoo issue. I did reply thanking them for a prompt reply and service to which Robotime replied to thank you for your interest and support. Well, I am so very pleased that there is still companies out there delivering great service.

I put together a puzzle last year and…

I put together a puzzle last year and the spinning part of the puzzle was not working. I thought I just didn’t lock something into place. I took it apart this year to fix and I realized I was missing a piece. I had no instructions to request the part number so I took a snapshot of the part on a video a video I saw on you tube and sent that in figuring I’d give it a shot. I received the part I was missing 2 weeks later! Amazing!!! Thank you!

Cuckoo clock

I would like to say, what a fantastic customer service I have recieved from this company, I needed a few pieces for my cuckoo clock which I accidently broke whilst doing pyrography work on the clock. I contacted ROKR on the 15th of October and on the 16th of October they sent me the parts free of charge. Unbelievable service. Absolutely brilliant and very polite.

The model kits are great. Good clear instructions and great customer service. I broke a couple of parts and they promised to sent me replacements.I highly recommend them if you enjoy building models.
