I bought an iPad and there were delivery problems due to tax-border issues and the parcel stoped in a city far away.
I contacted Back market and got really good help, they tracked my ipad and when it was returned to them they made another try to send it to me at another adress. This time it was successful.

DO NOT USE THE TRADE-IN SERVICE!!!I recently used Back Market’s trade-in service, and I was extremely disappointed with the outcome. Initially, I received a quote for my iPad, which I felt was fair, but upon sending it in, the quote was halved without a satisfactory explanation.I provided clear photos of my iPad before shipping, highlighting that it had no scratches or damage. However, their assessment claimed otherwise, stating that the condition wasn’t good enough, yet they failed to provide any substantial evidence to support their claim. This lack of transparency and communication is frustrating, and I feel misled by their process.I expected a more reliable and customer-friendly experience, but this has left me questioning their integrity. I would recommend looking elsewhere for trade-in services, as this experience has been far from satisfactory.
Order was easy and delivery otherwise smooth, but instructions and communication with Chronopost was not very convincing, as everything was in French and the English translations unclear. Once the parcel was transferred to local courier things got easier... (The Chronopost was still suggesting to pick the delivery up from the airport at that point). The product itself was in perfect condition, as promised!
