Incredible experience from the moment I contacted Chillblast. I got hold of Chillblast via live chat on the website as I had a few questions about their prebuilt PCs. Ryan was amazing, not only replying to my questions but ensuring I would get the my new PC promptly and for the best price possible. I placed my order on a Monday night (9PM) and the PC was delivered on Wednesday morning (9AM). PC was packed up nicely, and all components well protected. Not only that, it came fitted with a better motherboard than advertised! Massive thank you to the Chillblast team.
I have little knowledge about gaming PCs, but the service was outstanding from my first inquiry to the beautifully packaged final product! A special shoutout to the representative in Customer Services, who exceeded my expectations! I wish every company had this level of dedication.
I was so impressed with the process for a PC for my eldest son's Christmas gift that I also ordered a PC for my youngest son from the same service (and moved away from the original seller he preferred!)

I returned a PC on November 23, 2025, which was received by the company. On December 3, I was told the refund would be processed, but as of January 5, I still haven't received any money. I'm still waiting for the credit to be processed. As of today, no funds have been returned, which feels very unprofessional. I've never experienced such a long wait with a company before.
Very fast delivery and high quality, handled with care. I forgot to add the expanding foam for protection during checkout, but they included it anyway. I would highly recommend this service for anyone familiar with computers or those looking for a passion project to upgrade over time.
The advertisement mentioned Next Day Delivery, so I placed my order on Saturday afternoon. However, I didn't receive any email confirmation, and the computer didn't arrive until Tuesday. When I reached out on Monday, I was informed that the delivery promise doesn't apply on weekends. The product eventually arrived, but the documentation was lacking. There was no product code for the operating system or the case, and there’s a button with a light icon that doesn’t seem to function. I'm unsure if there's a reset button. While the PC operates well, the communication was lacking.
My computer crashed unexpectedly, but fortunately, they accepted it for repair under warranty. I faced some connection issues with my monitor upon its return, but a representative helped me resolve it over the phone and even took the time to fix it. Outstanding service!
I wanted to upgrade to a newer system and, after looking at options, I’m so glad I chose another from them! The new one is significantly faster and better than my old one. It arrived within about a week, well-packaged and on time. Everything functions perfectly, and the case looks fantastic! The price was excellent too, even cheaper than my previous one! Very satisfied!
