I booked a cruise yesterday and the experience was exceptional. The young man was really on the ball and knew the cruise and was very good in helping me get the right cabin. This morning I called again as the cabin number was not on the confirmation. My query was answered by a woman who quickly answered my question.

The telephone was answered in a timely manner and Matt was efficient and polite at all times even though I kept talking over him. Well done this time. We stopped using ROL because of problems like this and the Admin. But now we may return
