I ordered from the website and received the dress, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit. I returned it with tracked delivery within 48 hours and paid full postage. Instead of a refund, they wanted to deduct £2.99 to improve their business, which I find unacceptable. I've never encountered this with any other business. Overall, I’m disappointed with the experience.
