Needed bathroom flooring at very short notice. Popped into the Caernarfon showroom and and received 1st class service from all the staff. Ordered the floor on a Wednesday it was delivered and fitted by Friday. Brilliant job by the fitters.Highly recommended.
Great selection, friendly and helpful showroom staff, excellent installers, competent who go the extra mile. Amazingly, despite looking like an expensive shop, they're cheaper than the discount warehouse.Really were a pleasure to deal with and I can't recommend them too highly. Oh, nearly forgot, the floors look fabulous.

Complete scammers. Paid in full and a month later still being given excuses. Avoid at all costs. No returned calls. Staff have no idea what is going on. Broken promises time and time again. Never again would I touch this company.Job completed finally but not with the matting we ordered at all!!!!
