The engineer who came to investigate a leak at my property was very professional and polite. He demonstrated great expertise and patience in explaining the diagnostic process and all the actions he took. I was extremely satisfied with the visit. He successfully identified the source of the leak, which was exactly what I needed. Many thanks to the engineer.

He was punctual, polite, and kept me informed throughout the investigation of an underfloor leak in a historic property. The specialist used various methods to locate the leak and was highly confident about the digging location, which required lifting a flagstone floor. The leak was exactly where he identified, and he proceeded to replace the faulty pipework. I expected a much more challenging experience, but he remained upbeat once we pinpointed the location. I would not hesitate to recommend this service and am completely satisfied with the repair.

AMAZING. They did not come and did nothing, because they clearly indicated that the issue was not severe enough to require their services. They could easily have charged me a significant amount for no reason. For this integrity, I would give 6 stars if possible. Amazing.
