Top I ordered doesn't fit and I wish to return for a refund.
So far requested a returns number/label/address 4x - once via website and three times via email & nothing in response...
Yet they continue emailing me, daily, with promotional stuff from the very same email address :(
This sort of mute comms makes me feel sick to my stomach because I am now thinking this company are not legit...can anyone help?
Well I have just purchased a swim suit because I was under the impression this was coming from the UK. Now I’m reading it’s a company in China which makes the advertising a lie. So from past experience I know this isn’t going to fit, will be made of cheap material and won’t arrive on time for me to go on holiday. Also I know they will offer me a small refund as it’s not in their interest to have me send it back, because it will cost too much. I can’t believe I fell for this lie again.
Bought a dress as a present... Far too short more like a top.
Asked to return it but with no avail... They offered me a 50% refund and to keep the ITEM, even tho their return policy says they will send a return postage label.
Not what I wanted, then they went on to say they couldn't find my order.

The product was of very low quality. The fit was terrible, and the measurements were absurd. The return process was frustrating, and I was only offered a partial refund. Communication with the support team was difficult as well. I've returned the item but have yet to receive any refund. I may have to involve my bank. I'm really let down, and I'm relieved I only purchased one item.
I placed an order for a blouse on December 22nd, but upon payment, I noticed that two had been ordered instead. I immediately emailed the support team to clarify that I only wanted one. Unfortunately, I received no response, so I decided to return one when it arrived. When the blouse came, it didn’t fit well, so I accessed the returns portal, which indicated that I needed to request a returns label. After sending multiple emails, I finally received a reply. I had paid £57 for the items, but they suggested I keep the unsuitable blouse and offered a refund of only £17.18. I was willing to cover the return postage and had preserved the original packaging, making their offer completely unsatisfactory. If their return policy has changed, they should update this information. I won’t be ordering again and feel quite let down by this service.
My order took an excessively long time to arrive, and the material was terrible and much too small. I have requested return instructions multiple times, but I keep getting the same automated response about tracking my item and contacting them for return guidance. It never provides the actual return process. I'm left with a £50 item that I can't return for a refund. I'm extremely frustrated and growing increasingly angry.
My mum bought some clothing items, but they were significantly smaller than her usual sizes from other retailers. The package lacked a return slip, and when we contacted the support team, we received the same automated reply. We need help with returning these items!
