I ordered a sofa from Rove Concepts on 1/24/26. I received a text/call on 2/23 requesting to deliver the sofa that day within a window of 4:30-7:00 PM. With such short notice and so late in the day I stated that window would not work. I was then sent a text on 2/25 asking if 2/27 would work and I asked what window. The person stating she/he would let me know the next day (2/26). I received no call and no text. I then received a text on 2/27 from someone stating they would call when 30 minutes from arrival. I was working and stated that I did not approve this day because I didn't hear anything the day before as I was advised I would. I texted back stating I would not be home and that the boxes (9 of them) could not be left in the hallway. I received no response until a text later in the afternoon stating they would be there in 30 minutes. I again reiterated that delivery would not work today. I contacted the store as well to advise of the situation (no response from the store either). I headed out of town after work and received a call from the office stating there are many large boxes outside my door that would not be able to stay there throught the weekend. I had to drive all the way back home over an hour from my trip out of town to move the boxes in affecting my entire day and weekend. I opened two of the boxes and noticed the pieces are barely secured with protective packaging. Two of the pieces have black spots on the fabric and the overall quality of the sofa is so poor. I contacted Rove chat immediately and submitted photos. I received an email back requesting a video which I will provide once I get back on Sunday 3/1. I should have been cautious of the reviews for this company. I am documenting all information for both my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.

We recently purchased sofas, a dining table, and chairs from Rove Concepts and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The selection of styles and fabrics is excellent - modern, high-quality, and thoughtfully curated.

Julie, the showroom manager, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through options, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt confident in our selections.

Overall, a great experience all around!

The website had some confusion regarding the enrollment in the membership program during checkout with the correct pricing. I opted to purchase the membership separately before ordering my dining table, and that approach worked well. I'm looking forward to the item when it arrives.

Perfect Sideboard in Black, with Room for Improvement in Communication

The sideboard was just what I wanted in black. However, the communication after placing the order could have been better regarding delivery updates. That said, the product did arrive within the suggested timeframe. The delivery using the white glove service was excellent. The item was well packaged and looks fantastic.

Great investment pieces, with a few caveats

I really appreciate the items I bought from the company. They feel like worthwhile investments and appear to be durable. The fabrics are beautiful and quite comfortable. The delivery process turned out well in the end. The only thing that wasn't mentioned is that the voucher is only available 30 days after the items are received.

Misleading details and inadequate service

I contacted support to verify delivery timelines before placing my order and was told the desk was in stock, expected to arrive in about a week. However, when I called for an update two weeks later, the representative argued with me and stated it would actually take another 3-4 weeks for delivery. They even suggested canceling my order, which would mean losing the Black Friday discounts. Despite being only 4 hours away from the warehouse, they insisted on the prolonged delivery time. Initially, I thought it was a simple miscommunication, but instead of helping me resolve the issue, the representative grew frustrated and kept repeating that it would take 3-4 weeks. It’s disappointing, as I had planned to furnish my entire home through this service, but after this negative experience, I will have to think twice.
