The women's blouses were of the most substandard quality. I think secondhand parachute material was used.The blouse was nothing like the picture presented.Sizing was out by at least two sizes.I would be embarrassed to wear this blouse in public.I do not even think it is good enough for the charity bin.I am disappointed and disgusted beyond belief.
Rowe and Mercer sent me an article of clothing that was not the same as what I viewed on the website. It was a cheap imitation with no labels at all on the article. This site is a scam and othe people should be warned to stay clear of dealing with them.
Ordered 'linen' shirts medium size and shorts large size. The shorts are wearable but poor quality and unbranded. The shirts are totally unwearable - cheap unbranded cotton polyester mix and not in the shape of the upper body of a human. My grandkids would not fit into them. This 'company' is a total scam
The shorts supplied were cheap unbranded polyester/ elastane instead of linen. The site claimed to be Australian but upon further investigation is wholly Chinese. Their return process is designed to make you want to give up - coming back with offers of 10%, 20% refund & you keep the item. Fortunately I purchased through PayPal & after about 10 e-mails & $20 return postage there is a full refund of the purchase on its way.Stay clear of this site!
Sent the wrong shirt - ordered Pink and size XL - received blue and size M. THe shirt was supposed to be washed cotton but was actually synthetic of some sort - not label other than size on the short so hard to be any more definitive. Tried to contact their service dept through the provided email address but no response until after I submitted a Dispute with PayPal (who were great by the way). Multiple emails later, still no admission from Rowe and Mercer that they had sent the wrong item (despite sending them a picture of the item received showing their packaging and bar codes). They kept apologising for the bad experience and offered a 20% refund which gradually increased to 35% but only after I returned the shirt - at my expense. In the end I escalated further with PayPal and shorthly thereafter received a full refund - I suspect this was from PayPal though. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. China based not Australia and rubbish service and quality of product
A long sleeve linen shirt came direct from the factory in China. Comparing it to the online photo - colour wrong, quality nowhere near the photo and the sizing guide was wrong by probably 2 sizes. I would not go anywhere near them again. The charity bin will be the recipient.
This is a scam website. The address is Shop 5, 412-414 George Street, Sydney. This is the Strand Arcade and if you check out the names of the 68 shops there, Rowe & Mercer does not exist. I'm annoyed I fell for it. I did get the shorts but they are cheap and nasty 95% polyester and 5% elastane. I should have checked Trust Pilot beforehand!
I ordered two pairs of men's linen shorts and received one pair of linen, the other polyester. No packing invoice. I have only now checked on line with scam sites and see I should have checked first. Dont deal with them. They do not deliver what you asked for and do not provide a returns process.
I Ordered 1 Pair of Mens Linen Shorts as per Advertised Photo $60.00 plus postage.Received a Polyester Pair, no tags; looks like something you would buy in asian market for $5.00.I am surprised that they even sent the Parcel to me.I realise now that have been scammed.I emailed them by an email address to Quintin Department Store on the Invoice Order for a Refund but no Reply.They are not Rowe&Mercer at all.My Advice is do not Order anything from this Company.
