Ordered Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste. Shipping took one month. When it arrived at my location, they did not include my apartment number so it automatically was returned to sender. Contacted customer service regarding (2) things... First, when I initially ordered, it said "FAST SHIPPING". One month of waiting for a shipment from ChYYYNAA later, nobody told me it would take this long....Maybe fast shipping is one month if you live on the moon, but to me...that. is clearly not fast. Anyway, requested refund but fell on deaf ears as I have not heard back on my second email as of yet....BTW someone did respond on my first email and provided me with redundant information about tracking...ANYWAY...THIS IS A SCAM OR THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR ACT TOGETHER TO BE DOING BUSINESS....REGARDLESS, YOU'LL BE WASTING YOUR TWENTYSOMETHING DOLLARS ON A TUBE OF TOOTHPASTE.
I went on this site that advertised on Facebook before I joined trustpilot cause I complained on Facebook and someone gave to go to trustpilot.So here I'm at warning Tobe suspicious cause I never received my product or a response from the Rowgins.com site which does exist but when email customer service no response, plus has no phone number to complain or resolve an issue,they even send me a tracking number #wcx9u030013338025 at first it was moving but than it stop ✋️ and moved no longer till this day it's still on the same place. It's a scam.
