Review Time
I just discovered today that I was scammed. I ordered an item and have yet to receive it. This company doesn’t even have a contact number for customer support. In tough times, people shouldn’t have to deal with scams like this. I thought the review platform was trustworthy, but it seems otherwise.
They claimed my package was delivered and sent a tracking report that was clearly false. I was home all day, and no delivery occurred. They took $50 from me. While it’s not a huge loss, it’s a valuable lesson learned. This is a total scam operation from overseas.
I ordered the Santa on a ladder light set. The advertisement was misleading, showing a tall ladder almost reaching the roof with Santa moving up and down. The ladder is barely 6 feet tall, and Santa just attaches with Velcro to one of the rungs without any movement. Plus, the cord ends in a USB connection, leaving me wondering how to plug it in without a special adapter. I’ve emailed them for a refund; this should be interesting!
My local post office told me the shipping label used for my package was fraudulent. I had to go to the post office and pay an additional $11.30 for postage before i could pick up my order. Don't like doing any business with shady companies. Will not reorder. Buyer beware
This is a total scam. I mistakenly ordered twice and cancelled within 4 minutes of placing the order (on a Sunday evening). Received auto reply the order had already been shipped. Asked for an RGA to return and got the same auto-reply. Product arrived and is NOT at all what was represented. Repeatedly emailed to get a refund and all I get is the same auto reply that my order has been shipped. I am embarrassed that i fell for this and did not read reviews prior to ordering product. 0 stars, steer clear of this company.

Just like another poster here I ordered the climbing Santa and experienced the same disappointment. It was nowhere near what the website showed and also looked like it had already been returned. I wondered the same thing with the usb connection and how you were supposed to use it outdoors. I contacted them and THEY offered me a $25 refund. This was not as much as I wanted but I would have been responsible for shipping it back. I checked my credit card and they only refunded $14. Subsequent emails questioning why have gone unanswered. Total scam. They let me keep the product but it went right in the trash because it was so bad.
I have emailed them several times about a problem with my order. On the website they said they would get back within 24 hours. It has been days and no response YET they send marketing emails for me to buy other products. I will be contacting my card company and cancelling the order.
