I initially responded to a misleading advertisement, thinking it was a solid opportunity. However, despite numerous attempts to communicate with the company, they still deny my request to withdraw my investment, claiming I haven't finished the supposed 10-day trial I signed up for. I received no useful guidance on completing the trades, and three different representatives vanished before I could finish the trial period. Living on a fixed income, I can't afford to lose this money.
I began my engagement with them in April, investing $108,000. Initially, everything seemed promising—the trades were successful, and it felt legitimate. However, after a few months, my advisor urged me to invest an additional $11,000 as 'insurance' for my funds, which I declined. He later claimed I could withdraw my money but only if I paid commissions. I did, but instead of getting my money, they requested 'liquidity' from my crypto account. Things took a turn for the worse. I was assigned another advisor who assured me he could help recover my funds, but nothing materialized. Now, both the company's live chat and the advisors are unresponsive, and the phone number is inactive. I have all the documentation to prove my good faith, yet they ceased communication. To make matters worse, the new advisor convinced me to transfer another $14,000 for liquidity, which was supposed to stay in my crypto wallet but went back into the trading account. The reality is clear: you can deposit money, but you will never get it back! I reached out to the company via email and even contacted authorities, only to find out they aren't registered. Ultimately, I sought help from a legal group, and within a week, they managed to recover my entire amount. Without that intervention, this would have been an immense loss.
The company refuses to let me withdraw my money. They keep insisting I need to pay to access it, and whenever a transfer goes wrong, I must pull it back into their platform. Each time I try to withdraw, I'm told to pay again. I'm just losing money without receiving anything from them.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers, particularly their brokers. They took all my savings and kept asking for more. They never transferred the balance I had; they only displayed fake figures in my wallet that never existed. I reported them to the authorities.

This company has no authorization to operate in Canada whatsoever. They are indeed scammers! Moreover, they violated my privacy rights by selling my phone number to other scammers, despite claiming they don’t disclose personal information. Their listed license number is completely fake. After submitting a request through an advertisement, I was bombarded with numerous spam calls and messages. I received unsolicited calls from accounts using unrecognized names, despite their office being in a different location. This is a fraudulent operation; they attempted to scam my elderly mother. Thankfully, I caught it in time, and she hadn’t lost significant amounts yet. However, they persistently pressured her to invest more, calling daily. It all began with a misleading ad featuring a deep fake video. Be cautious, everyone!
This company has taken my money and constantly calls me about withdrawing it, which incurs more costs. I can't get my funds back. Everyone associated with them is a scammer. Please do not engage with this company; I have reported them to the authorities.
They are major scammers. After multiple attempts to withdraw my funds, nothing happened. They attempted to charge me to access my own money, and who would be foolish enough to fall for that again? I unfortunately communicated with individuals who I suspect are using fake names. Why haven't they been apprehended? There must be a way for authorities to track them down. They are the lowest of the low. Avoid them!
