Furthermore, they removed my account status without any prior notice or explanation. This action was clearly taken to prevent me from withdrawing a larger amount of money that I had legitimately won under their own terms and conditions.These actions appear to be part of a broader pattern of player manipulation. Instead of processing my payout, RT Bet continuously attempts to push me back into gambling by offering various bonuses and incentives. This behavior strongly suggests an intention to make players lose their winnings rather than allowing withdrawals.I consider this conduct deceptive and potentially fraudulent. Arbitrary removal of player status, unexplained payout delays, and psychological pressure through bonuses raise serious concerns about RT Bet’s compliance with fair gambling practices and consumer protection regulations.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate my complaint further, including contacting relevant gambling regulators and sharing my experience publicly to warn other players.I request that Trustpilot investigate this issue and take appropriate action.
am writing this to warn others about a major failure in RT Bet’s Responsible Gambling protocols. On 15 April 2025, I explicitly disclosed a gambling addiction to my VIP Manager and received written confirmation that my account was closed. Despite this, RT Bet allowed my account to be reopened, and I was permitted to deposit over €12,650 between December 2025 and January 2026.The company has formally acknowledged this regulatory failure by issuing a partial refund of €10,000. However, they are currently refusing to refund the remaining €2,650 of my deposits.Allowing a self-identified problem gambler to deposit five-figure sums months after a permanent closure is a massive breach of player protection duties. I will be escalating this to the relevant licensing authorities and gambling commissions immediately unless a full resolution is reached. Avoid this site if you value player safety.
I thought I had seen bad customer service until the moment I contacted the live support of RTBET. This was absolutely horrible, probably the worst website and customer service I have experienced in my life.They are constantly sending me emails saying that I have a free bet with no deposit, to contact the live chat and claim it.Well, I logged in, I was waiting for more than half an hour on the live chat for them to tell me that the offer was not available for me after all.
8 days overdue my withdrawal is again and same lies every single time biggest scam of a site ever absolutely disgraceful how they treat customers they just do not want to pay when u win hundreds of emails and live chat and still all automated response worse experience I've ever had
