Review Time
I have had nothing but stellar experiences with the shipping time, quality of products, vast selection of items making building a brand so much easier! I also LOVE how easy it is to add my own branding and know that my customers will still see my brand! My only complaint would be the mobile setup is a little glitchy so I find myself bouncing back an fourth between mobile and desktop to complete my projects, I’ve protected the bouncing at this point so I don’t mind it anymore as much.
Avoid this service. The products I received did not match what was advertised; over 30 orders came with specifications that differed from the listings (varied finishes and details). When I contacted the support team, they acknowledged their mistake but complicated the refund process. This has caused significant time loss, financial strain, and potential harm to my store's reputation. Unreliable and not business-friendly. Unless they offer a satisfactory resolution and correct their listings to accurately represent the products, I will not return.
Stay away. What is promoted is not what you actually receive; numerous orders (over 30) arrived with specifications that did not match the descriptions (different finishes and details). I wanted to take a moment to share my experience because I had never heard of this service before placing my order. However, they were the only platform I found that offered what I needed (custom light switch plates) at a reasonable price. Based on the positive reviews, I decided to give them a shot, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. My items arrived in a timely manner and are absolutely perfect! No surprises or issues at all, and I am one very satisfied first-time customer! Given their extensive product range, I’m sure this won’t be my last order. Thank you!
Shipping costs are excessive, about 16 USD for one item with a 15-day wait... There's little room for profit, as you’ll only earn 2-3 USD per product. No customer would be willing to wait 20 business days plus 5 for fulfillment. Not even other platforms have these high shipping rates.
There is so much spam. When I attempted to unsubscribe, they ignored my request. AVOID! I tried to manually unsubscribe and had to email from a different address. Instead of removing me from the first email address, they started spamming my new one as well. Now I’m receiving spam at both.
