It's attractive and a pleasant experience.For the most part, the items for sale are high quality and in good condition.A great majority of the sellers are efficient, polite, and delightful to deal with.Most of the sellers price reasonably. As for shipping costs, I've never been aware of any inflation or gouging. Some sellers will even refund shipping overages.I enjoy the sales and appreciate the e-mails reminding me that some of my wish list items are included.I had a horrible experience a few years ago with one incredibly rude seller who screamed at me on the phone multiple times. Customer service people were kind to me. They didn't kick the seller off the platform, but gave them some kind of warning.
The item (a bracelet) was very well photographed and described. All info laid out, no confusion, no info missing thus I didn’t have to contact dealer to ask questions. Oh, and a fair price. What’s not to like? If it arrives soon and the package isn’t crushed, it will be a perfect, trouble free transaction.
I made several purchases over the past couple of years, the merchandise is always beautiful. I've even spoken to the founder and what an amazing woman she is! I love supporting good causes. We spoke about her dog that ultimately saved her life. I'm happy to continue to support their cause. I am not certain of the date, but it's been more than twice.
