The customer service is extremely poor... The delivery experience was terrible. Deliveries are not made on time, and after purchasing, it feels like begging for delivery. They partner with a delivery service that is the worst I've encountered.
I returned an item that was the wrong size on May 21, 2025, and have not received any confirmation of my refund, even though the item was received. When I contact them, I only receive automated emails stating that it is being addressed by their team, but no further updates.
