God only knows how these can be qualified solicitors completely clear cut claim the defendant comes up with some very obvious nonsense a bogus report of the walkway being fine just before the accident 7th of may when the accident occurred on the 31st of may absolute ludicrous lies which we even had a witness to prove wrong, then a pointless wasted year apparently to take pictures at different intervals of the trip hazard to see if it was rectified which it still had not been what was that for? still said they will not be going ahead with the claim, completely bizarre steer well clear of this firm if I where you. Further on from the reply from this outfit, since when is anyone going to not claim pigs fly and cows jump over the moon to get away with not paying, a farcical typed up load of nonsense claiming a check was carried out like two weeks prior to the accident claiming a hole in concrete and mortar was not there in the middle of the path someone magically came along with a hammer and chisel mabe a few days before i tripped over it and snapped my ankle, most probably did not contact the witness who works there who said it's been there for ages, see the pictures on my Google review, ridiculous folks you can see what your dealing with it's a waste of time 'AVOID'
