Firstly, picked this company based on high rating online. Seems very professional, won the case so no major complaints.In the admin period though, did have to frequently send information already provided and often had to chase communications.Overall though, would recommend
Russell Worth Solicitors, are amazing they keep you updated and are very efficient. If I need help again I will definitely contact them again. They do all the hard work you just turn up for any appointments. If you send an email they get back to you straight away. I did a compensation claim the offer was supposed take 4-6 weeks to come in, they said they will try to get the compensation as quickly as possible, within a week my compensation was in my account. My sister recommended them to me and I will recommend them to anyone one who needs their services. ♥️
Quit frankly I have very strong negative feelings towards the MoD. I had maintained to put the Service needs first through out my long service in uniform within the Army. I believed that the MoD would be true to their word and hold my needs a close second and that their duty of care to me both in and post service was set in stone Like many serving personnel today and Veterans of past service we are being and have been very badly let down by the duty of care afforded us by the MoD.Russel Worth Solicitors have held the MoD to account for me. Their compassion and empathy has been amazing, they have made me feel my service counted for something and have afforded me some post service dignity. This is the 3rd time I have gone to Russell Worth solicitors and had a good result each time Joseph Patrick worked really well on my last claim as usual I was updated regular from start to finish these solicitors are really hard workers and get what's your entitled to I would not use any other solicitors they are based in Plymouth 284 miles from me in wigan but I had no worries about this everything was sorted as I expected I would recommend these to anyone if you want what's due to you if you have a claim check them out first you won't be disappointed.
