If you don't get the chance to unwrap and check (including inserting wheels), don't assume there won't be damage and sign accordingly. This one is registered in a different region with little understanding or regard for local consumer law, even when advised by a consumer support organization. Used terms and conditions likely to be deemed unfair and unreasonable by regulatory authorities.
Communication from the service was exceptionally good; my emails were answered within an hour, and if not, I received a phone call. The quality of the tower scaffolding is high and easy to assemble to the desired working height. Excellent next-day delivery as advertised.
