I bought a $500 car. The battery stopped holding charge after 3 weeks. Their only support is to tell you to buy a voltmeter and somehow test a battery that is inaccessible. Crazy customer service and poor product design. Even if the battery is bad good luck replacing it.

Not worth the high price tag

I regret not reading the negative reviews before making my purchase, as I was swayed by the positive ones. The marketing is misleading. The so-called “EVA tires” are just plastic with a thin rubber layer; they aren't durable. I'm skeptical about the “made in the USA” claim; the instructions are poorly written, and the loud voice that plays when starting the car is annoying and can't be muted. I thought this car would be larger than average, but it's not. It’s no better than the cheaper options available elsewhere. The extra features are overhyped. I truly regret spending this amount.

Disappointing experience with the product

This company has poor quality products. We purchased two cars; one lasted a week and the other a month. They don't resolve issues effectively. Parts break easily, and batteries fail. This has been a very frustrating experience; I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
